[Main post on UM-North Carolina game/Collball Week 8 is directly below this in blog].
Results now official in the latest Canesfan Satisfaction Meter poll, and it's 81.2 percent overall satisfaction in the wake of Saturday night's 33-10 home victory over North Carolina putting Miami's season record at 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the ACC. Notably, the 32.4% calling themselves "very" satisfied is the highest mark in that category since the season opener.
The CSM is our continuing weekly gauge of how Miami Hurricanes football fans are feeling about the team and the program's direction. A new poll appears in a separate blogpost soon after the conclusion of every Canes game.
Criteria for voting is your own, but I suggest you consider the most recent game's performance and caliber of opponent, the season as a whole, the program's direction, and your overall degree of optimism -- all in the context of reasonable expectations.
Polls never close, but results are certified official the morning after one full day of voting, in this case that was around 9:30 a.m. Monday.
