So the reason those big jets have two steering wheels is because the ashtray & cig lighter are always on the outside armrest to accommodate right & left-handed smokers?

Isn't it nice to see that almost every place that experiences an incident will find a way to phrase their spokesperson's press release statement: "Safety is always our highest priority and our pilots brought the aircraft to a safe stop."
The highest priority can be swapped out to fit the occasion:
Pilot error?: Safety
Turbulence?: Passenger and crew safety
Stock prices tanking?: Shareholders' investments
