Just guessing that Monday isn't much better. There's an old saying that you should never buy a car (or anything else) made on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon. Don't see why that wouldn't hold for most everything else.

My open heart bypass was performed on a Friday. Glad it worked out.
Having two of the top surgeons on the planet doing the work probably helped (UCSF Med School Professors).
