Is that a red card?

I would have fined the player whos son that was. I guess the referee didn't have the balls to do that.

No SLO-MO replay of the infraction? I guess it's more of a tooth-wound than an infraction. But still.

THIS is what should happen to NFL refs who cheat for the Chiefs.

I thought basic soccer referee training taught them how to position themselves in such a way as to not incur this situation.

Next time maybe cancel the game BEFORE that happens?

How old was this child? He was warming up with the team so not a little kid. They say he got "closer and closer" and it seems like that happened during warm up. So if they are doing cat pose he could have been an older kid who skittered over in a crouch. Otherwise, it would have to be a no more than three foot young kid/toddler. I have a hard time seeing a toddler "getting closer and closer." They are more for race in and bite.

That's half-nuts!

Thus sabotaging any future justifiable attempts to bite referee testicles. News travels fast. The next kid who gets within four feet of a ref is going to get the cleats.

He was just trying to give head to the ball.

Keep your eyes on the ball.

In my defense, I heard my Dad say the ref was a bit too testy today.

Honoré de Balzac had this same problem.

Excuse me Mr PirateBoy - did you mean Horny de Ballsack?
