Hey, there's a cookbook on Amazon right now -"Jacque Pepin - My Favorite Capybara Recipes". Also, Trader Joes has them packaged in tins so when your Peruvian friends drop by you can open a can or two, served with oyster crackers and you have a snack that will remind them of home.
