KIOSKS:

Bad? Or What?

Brilliant!

I know Florida recently renewed a 90 year old guy's license for 10 years and no road test was necessary, so you make the call if Dave is exaggerating.

PS - he's not (much).

I must admit to hating kiosks. The last several times I’ve stopped at a McDonald’s, they had an employee devoted to helping people figure out how to place an order via their kiosk, which was intended to free up McDonald’s employees from having to take orders. I more often use the drive-through anymore, or get some food elsewhere.

But who knows, with Valentine’s Day coming soon, maybe getting help at a kiosk is the next new way of meeting someone special.

Coffee, tea, or me?

Instead of vaporizing, could an alligator or bear be released to speed up the line?

Depends on their party affiliation…

I only frequent kiosks that feature a rotary dial or a hand-crank.

Kiosks are powered by squirrels because they work for peanuts.

Precisely why I don't go to WaWa.

Tried to order a Pub-sub this morning and was told they only smear condiments on the bread. If I wanted mayonnaise on the meat (the bread gets soggy otherwise), I'd have to get the little packets and do it myself...

I just read the entre story to mrs man tom. She reminded me of the story she emailed me where in China food is delivered by drone, the drone landing in front of your door like a helicopter. You are required to go out to the done, punch in some info and your food will be left there, the drone taking off. She asked did I read it?

No.

*I checked my trash folder. No.

**Vintage. I laughed my ass off reading the article. Now to call a restaurant in China and order food.

Nanner,nanner,nanner.

I am not a paid subscriber and, yet, here I AM COMMENTING on your substack interwebz donut kiosk post.

But my journalistic ethics (hah) are troubling me, so I won't actually read it.

But if we did, we're pretty sure it would not be worth $9 to a retired person in NZ.
