Admittedly, I especially enjoyed returning to the 60s via Dave’s windshield going through El Car Wash.

Fun read!

But did you ever find (NTTAWWT) the generic Viagra?

Well, Dave, you and Michelle foolishly tried to save a few bucks by selecting the Graphene package. The ad clearly states the viagra offer “is available exclusively to the Unlimited Monthly Car Wash Pass members”. I’m sure if you go back and upgrade, you’ll find the women in jumpsuits will wash your car like Lucille in “Cool Hand Luke.”

"Viagra" is a Spanish term meaning "frijoles refritos."

On the plus side, Dave, you shall remain the master of your domain, and likely will remain so for the next several weeks, as you will be sleeping in the backyard hammock until Michelle decides it's once again time to speak to a husband with an unhealthy obsession with vending machines.

El Car Wash on Bird Road appears to be a WordPress site, as evidenced in the HTML source that it was optimized by https://wp-rocket.me. I have several theories:

A. The site was hacked, to embed the Viagra text and link. I'm sure DB knows about how many hacks there are that exploit WP plugins and misconfigured sites.

B. The Viagra text is a form of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), so that people who are searching for Viagra (and, I suppose, "car wash") will find the site boosted in the search engine results.

But my money is on...

C. "WP Rocket" did it. El Car Wash paid for WP Rocket to boost the site by "optimizing it to load faster", but WP Rocket snuck in the VIagra ad and is pocketing the referral fees.

Oh, and one more thing... the article says that Substack in Spanish is "un Substack". How do we know that Substack is masculine?

If Flatbush Erection Coverage (Bird Road Desk) reports that paramedics had to use the Jaws of Life to remove a Miami journalist's "former dangling participle", which had transmogrified into a freaking "Louisville Slugger" and jammed inside the steering wheel, we will all nod and wink at each other, and contact our tax accountants for car wash advice. Muy bien.
