The patient had undergone testicle removal surgery. Two months after the operation, the patient noticed discharge from the scrotum and punctured the area himself, spotting white-coloured material in the wound.
The patient also complained of his subsequent penis implant causing, at times oozing, migraines.

I once worked with a woman who developed a flesh-eating staph infection on her upper thigh. They packed a couple of feet of gauze down the inside of her leg.
As she healed, they eventually did get all of it out. Or so she thought, anyway.
