So the bylaw would say "ignoring malicious farts shall be grounds for a $500 fine per episode"?

Speaking of the scads of increasingly annoying instances of “purposefully” farting at a resident, mention of climate hysteria being misused to put forward the ever-increasing topsy-turvy government bureaucracy then inexplicably failing to pen a single word describing how purposefully farting at residents is at the root of all the chaos, his work is being pulled from bookshelves as the nation sinks to unimaginable lows as nation's unimaginable lows go.
Upon being informed what the word word 'scads' means, the nation is considering the possibility of ordering a mandatory all-encompassing shelter-in-place lockdown with a bleak-looking cloud-of-chaos currently hanging at ground level over the greater Toronto area.
Bleak-looking and the implications is being looked into by officials.
