Perhaps he understood the term "lap dance" to include a lot of tongue action, so basically, a truth in advertising issue?

I really hope this is tried--including a re-enactment featuring blaring rock music, disco lights, and an actual lap dance suitable for Franciscans, before Judge Judy. I'm assuming the guy will get 900 years.
