I'm curious: In all of human history from the very beginning of recorded time down to today, has there even been that much money minted, coined, or printed? Maybe if they go get the asteroid out there that is mostly precious metals and haul it to earth they can pay the fine.

Someone on another forum I frequent inquired whether this was in rubles, and if so the equivalent in U.S. currency would be about $100.
