The map shows CA dominates. Think about the implications.

Bonus comment:

Demi Moore update.

The research assessed 16 key indicators across three main categories: connectivity and infrastructure, sustainability, and the tech job market

So the study was not looking for smart people, but different areas or categories to which the term "smart" has been applied. If I think about this anymore, my head will hurt.

Why do I get the feeling the folks who did the study are in the dumbest?

Miami? Seriously, Miami? WTF, dude.

They must be counting all the smart phones in use by drivers in rush hour traffic.

That really smarts.

I thought Hooker, Oklahoma would come out on top.

Intercourse, Pennsylvania got screwed again.

I see a high correlation between that and the number of trailer parks. Are we being lied to?

Miami clearly paid a bribe.

Are they saying Miami is ranked #2 or is #2?

I think the more interesting study would be the dumbest city?

Climax MI is the most exciting city in the USA.

Was Maxwell Smart consulted? "Missed it by that much."

No surprise, but Washington, D.C., didn't make the list.
