What could possibly go wrong with a typical driver flying a helicopter on a city street next to tall buildings?

Helicopter controls are nothing like those of airplanes. Most folks probably won't be able to master them, so I wouldn't expect a lot of these things to sell.

If it flies as a helicopter, and you need a helicopter pilot's license to fly it, then why not just buy a helicopter? What advantage does it give you by driving on a road?
