What's that saying? "It takes a douche..."

There's something happening here
But what it is ain't exactly clear
There's a man with a douche tank over there
Telling me I got to beware
I think it's time we stop
Children, what's that sound?
Everybody look, there's a ladder going down?

"Sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name!"
