Dude, you're from Brooklyn! You don't pick up a snake with your bare hands. Either wear an oven mitt or, preferably, beat it to death with a baseball bat.
Then flush it, assuming you don't have a low flow toilet.

If it's not venomous, it doesn't even count.
Besides, I'd fear more for the life of the snake, it having bit a New Yorker.

Isn't this how the microplastic testers were able to get the penis tissue samples?

"He picked up the snake and attempted to put it into the toilet when it bit his index finger, officials said."
Brilliant plan.

A microplastic penis or a NYC corn snake in it's natural habitat? You be the judge.

After revealing that a baby corn snake bit him, the "victim" was requested to turn in his man card.

An adult corn snake is about 5 1/2 ft long and they're harmless. I had one as a pet about 45 years ago. So I have to wonder --- who was the baby here?
