ShopRite officials revealed 139 of the carts had damaged wheels which caused the cart to constantly pull hard to the right and to please return the one that didn't.

Hard to imagine they rolled them away. I mean, they make so much noise because of the flat wheel on one caster that makes that thumping sound when you push the cart. Is there a Florida state law that says each shopping cart must have at least one flat wheel?

Down south, these are called buggies. Stealing buggies is akin to stealing horses, and everyone knows what we do with horse rustlers.
