Yeah, we're way better than anywhere in Florida, true, but the "best"? I don't think so, and I live here.

@Jeff, maybe they're rated the best because they're sitting in gridlock and not moving.

I think their criteria is BS. They don't take into account distracted driving, aggressive driving, road rage, or near-collisions. I believe if these were taken into account, Miami-Dade would be #1 (Yay, we're #1) with Broward a close second. Driving on the expressways in Miami-Dade is scary enough with distracted and aggressive driving, but thinking you could be shot is another level altogether.
