No doubt brought to us by descendants of the geniuses who in the '70s came up with the seat belt interlock system that prevented the engine from starting if occupants' seat belts weren't fastened, at least until every driver learned how to disable it.
Florida already has its own assortment of audible and visual signals, all of which are performed personally by the driver.
