Surely in Florida they do this already.

They should make them toot the theme to the General Lee.

Thus kicking off a whole new industry in California...turning the damned thing off!

It'll sound like cicadas on speed...

Here, straight from the Governor's desk, is the top suggested warning signal for the '10 miles over mandatory driver alarm'.

No doubt brought to us by descendants of the geniuses who in the '70s came up with the seat belt interlock system that prevented the engine from starting if occupants' seat belts weren't fastened, at least until every driver learned how to disable it.

Florida already has its own assortment of audible and visual signals, all of which are performed personally by the driver.

Florida law currently requires that you give the finger to cars that are not speeding
