In Moby Dick the whale won in the end. I guess Ahab must have won previous battles cause he was sporting a wooden leg, or so the story goes as I remember it. Maybe I need some help here on the story. Text me, Ishmael.

All I know about a wooden spoon is that nearly 40 years ago, I was having dinner at my best friend's (Italian) home and his mother smacked me in the caboose with one after I made a questionable joke. I couldn't sit down for three days.
