THIS WOULD BE A VERY BAD IDEA IN FLORIDA

Should more British homes be built using straw?

(Thanks to Steve Bradford and Barry Nester, who says "Wait 'til the Big Bad Wolf sees this.")

"it would be possible to build a single house featuring straw insulation panels for about £2,000 per square metre."

My conversion calculation estimate is that a 140 sq. mt. (~1500 sq. ft.) home would cost £220,180 just in straw panels.

That's fine by me.

DO you need a sponsor?

Plastic or paper?

Try using this instead of straw, Dude!

This can't be very sustainable. Do you know how often I've heard someone say "This is the LAST straw".

Best re-purpose of California straws yet.
