How convenient that I came across this quote just the other day:

"Audiophiles don't use their equipment to listen to your music. Audiophiles use your music to listen to their equipment."

-- Alan Parsons

Still not impressed.

I'm sure my former neighbor called Iowa and asked to please turn it down, she is trying to get some sleep. Although she likely still lives in CA, my hope is she is severely beaten in the parking lot for using her Tommy Lift after the HOA warned her, "the front of your home, or anywhere in the state of Iowa, is not a proper loading zone for your business junk. A gentle reminder to her, "I never took care of those weeds in my yard you complained about."

81 x 11 = 891

Please include him for the next Rock Bottom Remainders show; hard-listening music at its best!

Wait a minute...shouldn't this have turned out like the scene in "Back To the Future" when that speaker knocks Marty across the room?

By the way, I looked up that instrument the guy was playing. It's a custom bass made from wood and metal from his grandparent's old barn.

Disaster Area (Hitchhiker's Guide..) are a plutonium rock band from the Gagrakacka Mind Zones and are generally regarded as not only the loudest rock band in the Galaxy, but also as being the loudest noise of any kind at all.

I thought the headline referred to "amperes" which is some kind of electrical current measure. You can tell I haven't been to a concert in over 50 years. Of course my hearing is still OK.

I thought the Rock Bottom Remainders topped this while playing their third encore of "Louie Louie." Maybe it just seemed louder.

Watt?

Yes, Pullet, Tom.

Keith from Tampa: Each amp drew exactly 42 watts.
