The overlap between being in the drugs business and making really stupid decisions is so high, it is almost like there is a connection of some sort... Maybe someone could do one of those helpful studies.

When business is good, you should advertise: when business is bad, you must advertise. If the business you're in is bad, it might not be optimal.
