Instead of complaining, perhaps the players could use this as an opportunity. They can decorate their undies with messages that are both cheerful and, um, uplifting.

The blog ladies might say this is more interesting to watch than the game. That's certainly the case for the Tigers, where the big PR news has been new showerheads in the clubhouse.
