But in an incredible show of seasonal spirit they did say car owners whose car could not start would NOT be charged for additional parking while waiting to have them towed. It just touched me that kind of generosity ..

Never heard of people shrieking in tears. Would think maybe a kiosk with some rent-a-support llama would really make a lot of money here.
