Police chased the driver on foot to a cliff somewhere near Manhattan where the man dove off a cliff, accumulating a few minor scratches, attempting to avoid capture.

In his defense his lawyer states that the GPS made no mention to indicate he needs to exit the vehicle before entering the subway, and further intends to sue the city for a lack signage indicating "no vehicles beyond this point".
