Driver arrested after SUV jumps curb, gets jammed inside NYC subway station entrance

Police chased the driver on foot to a cliff somewhere near Manhattan where the man dove off a cliff, accumulating a few minor scratches, attempting to avoid capture.

As he kept revving the engine, the cops heard him saying, "I think I can, I think I can."

In his defense his lawyer states that the GPS made no mention to indicate he needs to exit the vehicle before entering the subway, and further intends to sue the city for a lack signage indicating "no vehicles beyond this point".

Potential subway riders were heard to cry out, "No fair, no fare." Perhaps he was just chasing a deer or chicken?
