If I had a vacant rental property I would take the cash for letting them do this. With the caveat that one way or another (fumigation) at the end of the study they will kill all of dem bugs.

Can seem real problems when the 'new' cockroaches show up - they are going to have to fight it out with the resident cockroaches.
