According to the suit, the incident caused the plaintiff "serious personal injuries," including traumatic stress, cognitive impairment, vomiting and shoulder pain.
Lawyers for the plaintiff confirmed,
Sigmund Freud would be testifying to the degree of cognitive development incurred.
Linda Blair would be testifying to to the level of vomiting involved.
Evel Knievel would be testifying to as to the level of shoulder pain incurred.
And actor Brad Davis of the movie Midnight Express fame would be beaten about the feet while hanging upside down to demonstrate the comparable level of traumatic stress the plaintiff incurred.
