Somebody's gonna need a lot more pumpkin pie spice and preformed pie crusts, and that may not be a good thing.

Have they questioned the local fauna? When we lived in Alaska our pumpkins were routinely eaten by moose.

Gorgeous Pumpkins was the original name of a rock band who later changed it when, in a drunken brawl, they destroyed the green room and emerged as "Smashing Pumpkins".
