What this article does not state is that this BC Island location is the home of the most famous RCMP officer - Dudley Do-Right. And his girl friend Nell and his nemesis Snidely Whiplash. Mr. Do-Right is considered the main force preventing illegal poutine from being smuggled across the Canadian - US border.
