My doctor has told me that, because of my health status, I am not to use a hot tub. Does this study mean I also should not be exercising?

Of course, in summer Texas lakes pretty much are hot tubs. At least warm ones. And being Texans, there's always a good supply of beer. Makes for a great "workout".
