Wait a minute...if he was on shore, and Nessie was in the water, why was he frozen in fear? Seems to me like he was pretty safe.

If this what-ever-it-is had the same publicity agent as the rain forests ( formerly known as jungles ), we'd be calling it " The Loch Ness Fun Critter " or something and no one would fear it.
