Given that most states' DL photos are just from the neck up, how would anybody know if you were dressed or not? What is Georgia putting on their DLs?

But pants are optional, right?

I always go with a high turtleneck, to cover the tattoos.

This money saving tip: If you wear a Santa hat you can use the photo on your Christmas card.

Does Georgia have a conceal and carry law? "I think that lady could conceal a small weapon in that dunlop where her stomach should be."

Trust me, out here in MTG country, clothing should not be optional.
