At my age, sex is mostly thinking about it or talking about it, so this works out great for me. Does tobacco work out with this situation - I mean to prolong the feeling I could just replay the tape rather than stink up my house.

Reminds me of the initial discussion of this topic in the (Phillip K. Dick) novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?". So just look over the flock and pick out a good looking one.
