Never mind being under the influence. He was arrested for using the brake on I-95.

Proper etiquette for driving on I-95 is to use both feet, one on the gas, the other on the horn.

Yeah, he probably only did drink one drink at the strip joint. That's an expensive proposition. He probably bought the whole 12-pack of Twisted Tea for what a strip joint drink would cost.

I-95 in Miami is the only place I have found myself driving over 100MPH just to avoid being runover.
