Wait, they did not say whether they stopped the aliens or not? Like "Close Encounters of the Cell Tower Kind" they did not answer the big questions.
Or maybe the aliens are already amongst us. For example, the blizzard of posts to this blog about giant squirrels, pigs, gators, snakes, and the et cetera.
Perhaps we have become lulled into the alien 'things' will all look like the Hollywood depictions - gray creatures with smooth gray skin and giant eyes. Perhaps the truth is in the signs all around us - creatures in our toilets, in our beds, in our walls, and god knows where else.
