I see this story differently. Like my uncle, Franklin Delano, said many, many years ago..."If people didn't throw their trash out the widow onto the highway, a lot of people would not have a job picking it up."

My uncle was really named Franklin Delano. It was great He was aware of The New Deal and the many government programs the 'deal' created including 'throw your trash out the window' to create jobs program.

I can say with certainty I have no relatives named Reign or North.

Writer's embellishment (2) - Although I do not have aa relative named Reign or North, I have a cousin named Summer Brooke and an uncle, brother of Franklin Delano, who's wife called him 'Pinky' in front of everybody they met. Even as a small child I was embarrassed.

Police say the cash is all accounted for; the family asks that anyone having any of the cash return it to the police. Hmmmm...
