Not to burst his bubble, but garbage cans have been clocked going a lot faster in tornados, and they were flying, (as were a few cars).

Next challenge - the world's fastest dumpster. Then monster dumpsters. Then monster dumpsters on fire. Then the fashion couture will move in and garbage can drivers will be wearing specialized body suits, those tear drop helmets like speed bike racers wear, then local/regional/national speed competitions, and then off to the Bonneville Speedway. The future is bright.
