How do I get that SmellVancouver app? I mean the SmellVan one? North Van figured out a response to those employees that say "this job stinks". Then the light bulb come on - "Let's create a career opportunity for those people that think their job stinks - "sure it does, and we have hired the right nose for the job." Now that North Van's Human Resources Department has solved that problem they can go back to resolving the burnt popcorn in the microwave small or the employee who microwaves fish heads in the lunch room.
