ONE GIANT LEAP FOR GERMANKIND

Women can now swim topless in Berlin’s swimming pools.

JFK's immortal words still ring true! We are ALL Berliners now.

Ich bin aye-aye-aye-aye-ein Berliner.

Nudity is "another way of being"? Well, not really. It's the original way of being, isn't it?

Guess they were worried about women having something up their sleeves. But is says 'they can' it does not say they 'have to'. I prefer to see my granmma in her foundation garments rather than au naturale. But gramma, you go girl.

You fill up my senses like a treasure I found,
Like mountains in springtime, I sneak a peek when they're within range, I see your front in the shallow end, like a bust in motion, You fill up my senses, come fill me again.

"loosening restrictions"

Heh.

"Don't mention the bra!"

- Basil Fawlty

This late breaking news: German bikinis now sold for half-off.

They act like this is something new. It's not. We visited Munich in 1974 - almost 50 years ago! - and while sitting and reading in the park outside a museum, there were a couple of young women sunning themselves, topless.

NTTAWWT (Of course).

I've had that exact same policy at my pool for many years.
