“How to celebrate…
“Change your desktop and social media profile pictures to an image of a squirrel.”
Wasn’t that choice the beginning of the end of the Tang Dynasty?

nursecindy,
Then why is there a White Squirrel Weekend
May 26-28 in Brevard, NC?
hmmmmm???

Fortunately, White Squirrel Weekend does not promote the feeding, housing, copulation, or immigration of squirrels of any color.

This seems to be a good time to point out that squirrels were originally only found in forests. They were deliberately introduced to cities: see "The Urbanization of the Eastern Gray Squirrel in the United States," published in the December issue of the Journal of American History.
We have met the enemy (or at least the enemy's accomplice) ... and it's us.
