Sounds like it may be some sort of weird offering to the trolls that live under the bridge.

This guy Mofield must have been by the house. I received this email this morning:
Dear Neighbors,
Yesterday, around 9:30 AM or so, our neighbor (name) discovered a major water leak at the controller at (my street) (Street address here).
I filed an incident report with the Anaheim Police Department earlier today describing the theft of approximately 4 feet of 2 1/2" copper pipe which was used for the backflow device at (man tom's street).
I should get a police report # within the next few days. In the meantime I will check for a replacement to the backflow device. ...I prefer something other than copper to prevent this from happening again. I do not know the cost of getting this replaced. Nowadays it is difficult to estimate because the prices on everything have gone sky high. Irrigation techs now bill at $120 and up per hour per man...Neighbors please be on the lookout on (near man tom's), because no doubt the same people will come back for the other copper backflows.
He ends by stating, "In the meantime there will be no irrigation on (man tom's Street).
I called the guy and explained, if it is not Mofield, it is VERY LIKELY one of the workers employed by the new landscaping company you hired. They also likely burglarize houses when you are not looking.
Note: The neighbor sent a picture of the missing connector pipe. It is off in the bushes obscured from anyone driving buy looking for an obscure pipe. I don't believe the guy believes when I say, "listen up, it is VERY LIKELY a worker from the new landscaping people you hired."
I don't dare leave any toothbrushes laying around in my obscure bushes where Mofield can surely see them when He drives by.

I'm installing a loudspeaker outside my front door. I have this link on my desktop which I will broadcast to ward off, discourage, guys like Mofield from hanging around too long.

If convicted, he could serve either soft, medium or hard time.

Note to earlier:
The 4 foot long 2 1/2 inch pipe could be replaced with PVC pipe and the proper fittings available at Home Depot for about $6.50. I forgot to remind him. I did remind him to paint the new pipe, if copper, white.
The Anaheim police, with no video or sighting of the culprit, will get right on it. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Hey, just like the song from long ago "Billy Joe McAllister threw toothbrushes off the Tallahassee Bridge." Bobby Gentry The song lives on. Now for a complete oral health program the American Dental Society recommends throwing dental floss and a good fluoride toothpaste off the bridge also. Next story will be thousands of toothbrushes wash up on the beach in Australia.

My wife wants to know if by any chance he was very, very drunk.

My mother always said to me, "If all of your friends threw their toothbrushes off a bridge, would you throw your toothbrush off a bridge too?".

Electric toothbrushes that each retail for $229? No wonder the man is an anti-dentite.

Police are taking a bite out of crime with the arrest of this guy.
He obviously has no wisdom teeth.
He's feeling a bit down in the mouth after getting drilled for illegal incisor trading.
After his arrest, police gave him a cavity search.

Why is a picture of Mark Zuckerberg used for this story?
