Granted a retrial, Henrik's lawyer argued there was never any tissue exchanged in the act only a glass tube filled with mud with a faux cork stopper. The whole thing was a joke. A hung jury resulted whom the judge fined a lot of Euros finding, "the Tissue Act includes sizeable fines, depending on the size, for being hung."
