Uh-huh. I'm sure the robocallers will gladly spend a tenth that much on Congressmen to make sure this doesn't happen.

After having received a call from "Microsoft tech support" (Which Microsoft does not do) every 12 minutes for 11 hours a few months ago, I was so tempted to use the commercial call notification system I program at work to dial them back, as his puppy can deliver 40,000 outgoing calls in under 10 minutes.
