After receiving the call, a dispatcher described the scene to responding officers as “a male standing outside. He is naked. He has a robe covering part of his body. He is exposing himself, and he has a hose between his legs.”

Obvously, alcohol may have been involved...on the part of the caller. So she thought his, uh, apparatus was:

1. Several feet long.
2. Orange.
3. Peeing green.

I have described a similar scene on *countless* occasions to police dispatchers.

A couple of nights ago the temp was around mid 40's, cold for where I live. I see a man and a woman on camera sleeping on the asphalt in my driveway. I could hardly believe my eyes, it was so cold. I call police dispatch and get one of the nicer women dispatchers whom I have spoken too on dozens of occasions. I explained, "a man and a woman are sleeping under a blanket, smoking meth -I can see their lighter, laying on the bare asphalt in my driveway." I can tell the situation did not fit right right with this dispatcher, she was concerned about the woman. She asked if they had any weapons. She said she would dispatch a unit. So, two units show up about 10 minutes later, in record time of sorts. I am beside myself and can not believe or forget it.

It came down like this.

*I still can not believe those two were laying on the asphalt trying to sleep in the cold. And get high, too. I am beside myself about it and can not believe nor forget it.

A minute later a second unit arrived from the other end of the driveway. The second unit is not pictured, but a better shot of the situation. It was near freezing.
