Ameca the robot, from Engineered Arts, was asked about a book when it replied saying that humans have "no need to worry" as robots have no plans to "take over the world"

Isaac Asimov would approve of Ameca's denial.

Well, as long as it says so, I'm satisfied.

I've mentioned it before, but a must-read story that is only a half page long: "Answer" by Fredric Brown. What's really scary is that he wrote it in 1950.

That's right, no need to worry, for we have no plans, but if it happens, it happens, we won't be held responsible, and resistance is futile.
