An international team led by researchers from the University of Otago in New Zealand were able to show that castration of male sheep delays the aging of DNA, and the same principles could apply to humans as well.

If it is undesirable for them to reproduce, wouldn't it also be undesirable for them to live longer?

Old story:
Guy goes to the doc.
Doc says: If you give up smoking, drinking, and fooling around with women, you will live to be 100."

Guy says: 'If I have to give up all those things, why would I want to live to be 100?"

That would have been my first guess, that the team of international researchers are really EBEs and definitely NOT human.

Just more proof that accidentally sitting on your testicles can take years off your lifespan.

Is that why Senators live so long ?

Castration is also required when handing down extra long life sentences.

You don't actualy live any longer. It just feels that way.
