12:29am: "Meanwhile, Aunt Martha, having taken a tramp in the woods, is lying in a ditch at the edge of town."
(Hawkeye Pierce, "Officer of the Day," M*A*S*H)

This is the Flathead County version of Thunderdome.

Two vehicles went into a car wash, but only one came out was, I believe, an episode of The Twilight Zone.

@wanderer2575--The rest of the story. Searchers determined the tramp Aunt Martha encountered in the woods was the reason she was lying in a ditch at the edge of town.

Suddenly, behind the band of searchers, a bigfoot let out a blood-curdling scream. This effectively ended the search for that day.

For all we know Aunt Martha is still in the ditch at the edge of town and the tramps whereabouts are unknown. Tomorrow, if it doesn't rain, they will search again, or just drink beer and talk about mounting a new search. This IS Flathead County y'know.

It was the BEST of times, it was the WORST of times...

Stephen King should take this story and run with it.

Fate is a fickle mistress.

A man suspiciously wandering the neighborhood was just searching for his lighter, then noticed this.

Sorta like putting socks in a dryer. Put two in, and only one comes out.
