Was this legislation drafted by political newcomer Ed Cocks?

Will lifeguards be focused on women with overactive bladders or will they be screening seamen too?

The Yellow River by I.P. Daily was a great book. Seems worth mentioning.

Peeing in the ocean is NOT a hanging offense in Texas.

And all this time we thought it was because global warming was melting the ice caps.

Same thing with peeing in a pool. Big difference between peeing while in the water vs. standing on the deck and peeing into the pool.

When the huge cruise ships are in the ocean, I have always had a suspicion of were the water in the toilets go when they flush.

The beaches must have a Baby Ruth problem. Where's Carl when you need him?

This is why you never see a two-holer on a boat.
