So the kids fed the squirrels, so that the squirrels would arrange with the alligator to block the door, thus giving the kids the day off from school.

Kids and squirrels are probably equals when it comes to conniving.

Later the Assistant Principal wanted to set the record straight and had this say, "No, I'm not one of the original Munchkins despite how I sound."

So is this some kind of a desegregation/animal rights protest?

Large gator? Troy would have thrown it back.

"OK, boys and girls, we have some good news. For the next couple of days, the cafeteria will be serving mystery meat stew. There will be a prize for the first student to guess the main ingredient."

Wimps. In my day it would have taken a herd of 20 20 ft gators to block the doorway.

We don't need no stinkin' classroom edumacation.

We're gonna be University of Florida Gators!!!

I suppose that's the Florida Man version of a "snow day"?
