Avoid the dentist if you can't tell the difference between the anesthesia and the drill.

Most dentists I've seen would charge extra for the lost drill bit.

I just had a tooth removed. It was arduous. At one point I told the dentist to "just punch me" to loosen the tooth. It was fun.
